We all allow ourselves to become stressed

Just a few minutes of your day can help you relax and let go of the stress. I have listed here some simple ways which can help, when feeling stressed, having anxieties or just plain feeling down.  Try one or two….

Deep Breathing – right down into your tummy
Meditation- only a few minutes can help
Counting to 10 slowly
Focus on an object and feel the pressure leave your body
Go for a walk or take the dog
Listen to music / Dance / Singing
Warm bubble/aromatherapy bath
Writing
Take a moment to daydream your perfect holiday
Yoga / Tai Chi
Laugh /  Smile
Talk to a friend / your animals
Make a worry list and then destroy it
